How texting works

Tenley is a leasing coordinator that answers rental inquiries for property owners. This page states who we text, why, how they agreed to it, and how to stop.

Property owners

A property owner opts in at leasing.gnosislabs.tech/login by entering their own mobile number, actively checking the separate text-message consent box, and verifying the sign-in code. The box is unchecked by default and says:

I agree to receive sign-in codes and account decision notifications from Tenley by Gnosis Labs at my number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. I can use email instead.

What an owner then receives: a six digit sign in code when they ask for one, and a short notice when a decision on their account is waiting for them (a prospect asked a question the owner has to answer, an open house ended and the owner is asked who came). Nothing promotional, ever.

Prospective renters

Renters first contact a listing and continue their conversation by email. A phone number in a listing inquiry does not enroll them in this texting program. To choose texts, a renter enters their inquiry email and mobile number below, checks the separate consent box, then confirms using the link we send to that email address. We use texts only for that rental inquiry. Email remains available without text consent.

Text delivery is awaiting carrier registration. Email conversations continue while it is reviewed.

What a renter receives, about their own inquiry only: the resident criteria for the home, open house times, a booking confirmation, a reminder before an open house they reserved, and answers to questions they asked about the home. Nothing about any other property, and nothing promotional.

Frequency, rates, stopping

• Message frequency varies with the conversation. A typical renter receives between two and six messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
